Nylon
Introduction to Nylon
Nylon is a synthetic polymer that is commonly used in industrial 3D printing applications.
Compared to others, it is one of the strongest, flexible and durable filaments out there.

Description
Pros
Very good filament to use for functional parts because of its incredible strength, durability and versatility.
When in only a few layers, nylon is very flexible, but has strong layer adhesion so will become less so the more layers there are.
Cons
It is incredibly sensitive to moisture so always needs to be kept perfectly dry.
Nylon tends to shrink during the cooling process of the printed parts, leading to less precision.
